If you want to start a recoding for a session that is a continuation of the day before and not a new session, you have to first click on record. Then you click on tools and select recorder. Then select Add Index Entry. Then you type in the date or a description of the new part of your recording. When a student follows the link you give them for the recording they will get a drop down menu on the left bottom of their recording where they can select the section they want to listen to.
